You may also use

to C and D, respectively.
Keep in mind the change in notation in the routing coefficients between papers:
Three coefficients (C1, C2,
and C3) for the case without lateral inflow,
to four coefficients
(C0, C1, C2,
and C3), for the case with lateral inflow.
