Week 11:  Preliminary oral presentations (Monday, November 5, 19:00-20:15)

Week 16:  Final oral presentations (Monday and Wednesday, December 10 and 12, 19:00-20:15)

Week 16:  Project report due (Wednesday, December 12, at 19:00)

Week 17:  Final Exam (Wednesday, December 19, 19:00-21:00)

OFFICE HOURS: MW 11:00-12:00; MW 20:15-21:15 (PS231-B).

GRADING POLICY: Homework (25%), Midterm (25%), Project (25%), Final (25%).

PROJECT: The project will consist of individual work on a topic selected from the suggested list, mutually agreed with the instructor. The report should be of professional quality; its length should not exceed 15 pages, including tables and figures. Text should be double-spaced. The oral presentation should use a professional presentation tool (Example, Power Point).

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Attendance to class is required. Three or more unexcused absences will have a negative effect on your final grade.
